The Design/Build Process
PLAN
First, we enter into a design and planning agreement and define a scope of work based on your vision, goals, and budget range. Our design team creates a preliminary floor plan prior to the design phase. A solid planning process upfront saves time and money. It all starts with a vision, a solid plan, and sound design to make our clients' dreams come true.
DESIGN
Our primary goal is listening to your needs, hopes, and budget so we best design for your lifestyle, comfort, and peace of mind. We want you to love living in your home after we have finished our work. If you already have drawings when we meet, we’ll happily work with your design professionals to build your project.
BUILD
Managing the building phase will require extensive oversight. Mangiantini’s building projects have a track record of running smoothly, devoid of unexpected changes and budget inflation. John’s experienced approach and oversight ensure each project’s objectives and timelines are met.
MAINTAIN
Mangiantini is your Contractor for Life.
When your project is complete, we are always here to help you maintain the beauty and functionality of your home for years to come. We handle a wide variety of services such as electrical, plumbing, painting, wells/septic systems, and more.

JOHN MANGIANTINI
John is the founder and owner of Mangiantini Construction. He is a third-generation Sonoman, having grown-up in this beautiful area he has an appreciation for “Old” Sonoma architecture and an appreciation for the latest building materials and techniques.
He has been a licensed General Contractor (Lic. #800675) in Sonoma, California, for more than 20 years. He has managed large commercial projects; including hospitality, industrial and business buildings, as well as numerous residential projects.
MANGIANTINI CONSTRUCTION
Our company specializes in custom build homes and remodels of residential and commercial properties. We take great pride in every step of our projects, from initial discussions through completion.
Our office staff and field crew are friendly, helpful, attentive, polite, and highly skilled. We work hard to make the building process easy for our clients. Our goal as a team is simply to make our clients' wishes come true and deliver the house of their dreams.
